Community Health & Family Services board of directors is comprised of dedicated individuals who live in South Florida and are from all walks of life, including immigrants, business professionals, educators, health care and community activist.

Community Health & Family Services, Inc. (CHFS) was established in February 2016 with the mission of providing culturally competent programs and services to Haitians, Caribbean and other minorities to improve their quality of life and to empower them as self-sufficient members of the community.  

Outreach for clients takes place in bars/clubs, Laundromats, business establishments, neighborhood centers, low-income housing complexes, social organization, street locations, parks and beaches, homeless/domestic violence shelters, jails, sexual assault treatment centers, soup kitchens, substance abuse treatment center and mental health families etc.  .
